Cause of heart attack
First of all we shall know about the difference between oxygenated and deoxygenated blood. The blood containing oxygen dissolved in it is called oxygenated blood. Hemoglobin present in RBCs (red blood cells) helps in mixing oxygen with blood. Lungs supply this oxygenated blood into the left chamber of the heart. From the left chamber of the heart the oxygenated blood flows into the whole body. When the blood goes into the right chamber of heart it becomes deoxygenated blood. The blood containing carbon dioxide gas in it is known as the deoxygenated blood. The right ventricle pushes this deoxygenated blood to the lungs where carbon dioxide is removed and oxygen diffuses into the blood.
Now sometimes the supply of oxygenated blood does not reach the heart muscles causing the heart muscle damage. As Oxygenated blood block due to the clot present inside the blood vessel. This situation can cause a heart attack.
