Introduction
Every living species on this planet need water to survive. Some of them need very less and some need after long time like camel. Many animals need much more water to survive, like aquatic animals.
But human need to maintain a level of water in their body. Doctors believes that 3-4 litres of water for men and 2-3 litres of water for women is required everyday for good health.
Water maintain our body temperature and helps to excrete waste from our body in dissolve form.
The question arises that, what temperature of water should we need to drink? In summers many people drink very cold water that is not good for our body. Also in winter many people drink a lot of warm water which is also not good. Our body needs a normal temperature of water to work properly.
Many people think that, in winter they should drink less water. It is not true, because it may affect your health. During winter, body requires less amount of water than summer but you should maintain this level up to 2-3 litres everyday. According to the reports an adult man body containing 60% water. In Women's due to the presence of fat more than men 55% of the women body containing of water.
Diseases like constipation, urinary tract infections (UTIs), kidney stones, kidney failure, and heatstroke are caused due to dehydration.
Now, the next question arises in many people's mind is that what we should eat and drink to make or body hydrated. To meet this need we should follow these foods and drinks:
1) Try to eat juicy fruits like apples, mango, watermelon, oranges, pomegranate etc.
2) If you do not want to eat fruits you can also drink fruit shakes and juices.
3) You can also eat cucumber, tomatoes, and leafy greens. These foods not only provide hydration but also offer essential nutrients.
